Jacqueline Wilson
This book is about a little girl who is cared for by a foster family. When she is old enough she is sent to the Foundling Hospital to live her life until 14 when she will be sent to be a servant. The kitchen lady who's name is Ida is really nice to Hetty and sprinkles special sugar on her porridge. Another awesome book from Jacqueline Wilson!
